Yvonne Spencer joined Braden Braden & Braden LLC, a minority privately held, broker-owned commercial real estate brokerage firm and became a licensed Tennessee Realtor in May 2021. Her primary focus is commercial real estate while also serving residential clients.

A former U.S. Army Veteran and former Liaison and Press Secretary for McPherson Planning Local Redevelopment Authority, Yvonne brings more than 27 years of combined experience in human resources, business consultant, project management and strategic advisor of technical progress.

Yvonne is a member of NAR (National Association of Realtors), TAR (Tennessee Association of Realtors), MAAR (Memphis Area Association of Realtors) and CCIM Memphis Chapter (Certified Commercial Investment Member). She is CEO of Spencer & Associates LLC and Co-Owner of Spring Valley Property Services. Yvonne serves as Board Member for The Frayser Community Development Corporation and Board Secretary for Trezevant High School Alumni. She is also an Assistant Coach for the Trezevant High School Alumni Girls Basketball Program, a member of Memphis Grizzlies TEAMmates Mentor Recognition Program and a mentor for the Amplify Mentor Program at MAM (Memphis Athletic Ministries).
