TRACI BAILEY

Chief Operating Officer

Traci Bailey (Braden) serves as Chief Operating Officer of Braden, Braden & Braden, LLC. Born into the real estate business, it was without question that she was destined to become a real estate professional. Motivated by the birth of his three children, her father, Curtis Braden, founded Braden, Braden & Braden, LLC. a commercial real estate firm which is one of only two black owned commercial real estate firms in the city of Memphis.

After graduating from Central High School in 2012, she received a full scholarship to the University of Memphis and graduated magna cum laude with University Honors. After taking relevant courses at Southwestern Law School, Traci earned her real estate license and jumped right in to become a vital part in the family business, where her responsibilities range from autonomous implementation of the firm’s marketing and asset management, as well as overseeing business operations, including administrative functions and ensuring the company has effective operations in compliance with local and state laws and realtor rules & regulations, all in addition to selling commercial and residential real estate.

As she continues to become experienced and educated on investing, she plans to both grow a real estate portfolio and most importantly educate others like herself under the company’s premise of encouraging community development and expansion. Aside from real estate, she lends her talents to the community by serving as a board member for the start-up Seeds & Blossoms Nonprofit Foundation and as a board member of The GHC Early Childhood Institute. Traci is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, a member of Greater New Liberty Missionary Baptist Church and as a mentor to young women in the Memphis community. She is a member of the Memphis Area Association of Realtors, the CCIM Memphis Metro Chapter, and graduated from the Leadership MAAR program in 2021. She has also served on the MAAR Professional Development committee.

Traci's values family and spends most of her free time making memories with her husband, closest family members and small circle of close friends.
