Chief Operating Officer
After graduating from Central High School in 2012, Traci wasted no time in gaining meaningful experiences as a full time student. She graduated magna cum laude with University Honors and began taking relevant courses at Southwestern Law School for a stint of time. Shortly thereafter, she earned her real estate license and jumped right into the business to become a vital part in relaunching and rebranding the family business, where her responsibilities range from autonomous implementation of the firm’s marketing and asset management, as well as overseeing business operations, including administrative functions and ensuring the company has effective operations in compliance with local and state laws and realtor rules & regulations, all in addition to selling real estate. As she continues to become experienced and educated on investing, she plans to both grow a real estate portfolio of her own and most importantly educate others like her under the company’s premise of encouraging community development and expansion, especially within the black community. In May of 2020, Traci was named Chief Operating Officer of Braden, Braden & Braden.
Aside from real estate, she lends her talents to the community by serving as a board member for the start-up Seeds & Blossoms Nonprofit Foundation, as a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated and a member of Greater New Liberty Missionary Baptist Church.
