Michael Saine, ABR, AHWD, BPOR, is currently a senior partner with Braden, Braden, & Braden LLC. He obtained his real estate license and became a member of MAAR in 2004 and has practiced real estate for more than sixteen years. He also has twenty plus years of experience in community development and construction. Michael has received numerous real estate awards throughout his tenure as a licensed professional.
He has served on several committees at Memphis Area Association of Realtors (MAAR) to include: Governmental Affairs Committee, RPAC Committee and Sub-committee, Cultural Diversity Committee, Blight Taskforce, Fair and Affordable Housing Committee as well as participation in TAR Realtor Day on the Hill. Michael served as Chairman of Fair and Affordable Housing Committee and Cultural Diversity Committee. He also has been actively involved in the Memphis community with leadership roles within religious organizations, non-profit organizations, public schools, and the board of local homeowner association.
Michael is a graduate of the Grambling State University and has completed graduate study program in Strategic Leadership at University of Memphis. He also graduated from the former Leadership Academy Fellows Program (New Memphis Institute) and Leadership Memphis 2015 Executive Class. Michael is a current member of CCIM and working towards obtaining his CCIM Certification in Commercial Real Estate.
