Dylan Andrews

A Memphis native, Dylan grew up in the city he now serves and has always believed in its growth. He knows its neighborhoods, its people, and the opportunities that outsiders often overlook. That local perspective is the foundation of his work, helping clients invest with confidence in a market he knows from the inside.

Dylan graduated from Lausanne Collegiate School in 2020, then went on to the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry in 2024. During his time there, he also became a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. Having lived in both West and East Tennessee, Dylan brings a statewide perspective to his work, drawing on ideas and approaches he’s seen succeed in markets across the state. His science background shapes how he approaches real estate, where every decision is grounded in data and sharpened by market knowledge.

He came into the industry with a passion for investment strategy and saw his hometown as the place to do so. Today, Dylan focuses on multifamily assets by helping investors find, evaluate, and acquire properties that produce steady cash flow and appreciate over time.
