Curtis Braden II

Meet Curtis

Curtis Braden II is our youngest agent at the firm. He was born into the real estate business, and therefore it was established that Curtis II would become part of the Braden, Braden & Braden team. Watching and admiring his father, Curtis, opened his mind to more than being a broker in the business; additionally, he set his aspirations towards acquiring property to assist in growing the Braden, Braden & Braden REO.

Curtis II, or CB2, graduated from Middle College High School as valedictorian in 2018. He then attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville on a full-ride scholarship. However, in 2020, he decided to transfer to the University of Memphis where he earned his Finance degree with a Real Estate concentration.

He is excited to utilize both his experience and education to assist clients with acquiring assets and building a real estate portfolio as a trusted agent. Not only is he excited to work with other investors, but he always working to continue building his personal investment portfolio to developing wealth for his future generations.
