Curtis Braden II is our youngest agent at the firm. He, similar to Traci Bailey, was born into the real estate business. With his father, Curtis Braden, being well versed in the real estate business, it was inevitable that Curtis II would become part of the Braden, Braden & Braden team. Watching and admiring his father opened his mind to more than being a broker in the business; additionally, he set his aspirations towards acquiring property to assist in growing the Braden, Braden & Braden REO.

Curtis II, or CB2, graduated from Middle College High School as valedictorian in 2018. He then attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville on a full-ride scholarship. However, in 2020, he decided to transfer to the University of Memphis where he will earn his Finance degree with a Real Estate concentration in the Spring of 2022. He also took the initiative of acquiring his Tennessee real estate license all while working on his first fix-and-flip acquisition for the company.

He is excited to utilize both his experience and education to assist clients with acquiring assets and building a real estate portfolio as a trusted agent. Not only is he excited to work with other investors, but he is also plans to continue building his personal portfolio and developing wealth for his future generations.
